SAL Institute of Diploma Studies is one of the new institutions located right in the heart of Ahmedabad city of Gujarat. It is AICTE-approved and offers diploma programs, mainly in the technical fields.

Application Process

However, the following general points act as guidelines for any prospective candidates who wish to apply for a course at the SAL Institute of Diploma Studies:

1. Candidates must check for all admission-related information from the official website of the SAL Institute of Diploma Studies.

2. Look out for notifications about the start of admissions for the relevant diploma program.

3. Check for the eligibility criteria regarding the selected program. Most diploma programs require the completion of 10+2 with relevant subjects.

4. Prepare all documents for submission, which may include but are not limited to:

• Completion mark sheets of 10th and 12th classes
• Date of birth proof
• Domicile certificate (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Recent colored passport-size photographs

5. Complete the application form either online or offline as specified by the SIDS.

6. Pay the application fees.

7. Submit the duly completed application form within the specified deadline along with all the necessary documents.

Degree wise Admission Process

The SAL Institute of Diploma Studies conducts two full-time diploma courses:

1. Diploma in Computer Engineering: A three-year diploma course with an approved valid intake of 180 seats to develop technical skills and updated knowledge for students in the area of computer engineering.

2. Diploma in Information Technology: A three-year course with 120 approved seats, aiming to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for a career in one of the fastest-growing areas- IT. 

Both courses aim to develop students with technical skills required in the very fast changing areas of computing and information technology.
