SITAM provides five B.Tech programmes: Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. All of these have an approved intake of 60 students. SITAM admissions process is done based on AP EAMCET ranks, and later on, the counselling is done by the state government. The B.Tech curriculum is designed to ensure students are industry-ready with both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Four specialisations in M.Tech are offered by the institute: VLSI and Embedded Systems, Transportation Engineering, Control Systems, and Thermal Engineering. Intake of all four M.Tech programmes is approved at 30. Admissions are largely on the basis of AP PGECET scores, followed by counselling. Students with valid GATE scores can also be given admission subject to state norms.
