XSRM is a decent in terms of academics and placements. The fees for the entire course is nearly 15.9 lakhs and mostly all the students get placed. Various reputed companies like Bharti AXA, ICICI, Ujjivan, Arohan Financial Services and others visit the campus. Most of them offer CSR roles with an average compensation package of around 6-7 lakhs.
It requires a minimum of 80 percentile in NMAT which turns out to a score of around 180-190. But since very few good colleges are there for rural management the competition is usually very tough so you must try to secure as much as possible and perform well in the subsequent selection rounds.

With your CAT scores you may not get a call from XSRM, XUB Bhubaneshwar as require a minimum of nearly 85-90 percentile which is same for XAT also. But if you're looking for rural management program you should also check out colleges like XISS Ranchi which is one of the oldest colleges for rural management program and KIIT University. They offer a decent placement and good academics.
