SIET provides five B.Tech programmes:
Students are admitted into these programmes according to their scores in AP EAMCET. Each of these programmes has a different intake capacity: 30 students per programme for Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, and 15 students per programme for Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Two M.Tech courses are provided by the institute: M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, and M.Tech Digital Electronics and Communication Systems. Admission to these courses is through AP PGECET scores. The approved intake for each M.Tech course is 12 seats.
