Bachelor of Arts(BA) Honours in Economics is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi and affiliated to University of Delhi, Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria

A student must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education/State Board or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto.

Admission Details

Candidates are required to submit the print out of the admission form downloaded from the University of Delhi Web Portal and the set of college forms, for admission to the first year (Semester I) of three Year CBCS Under Graduate Programme. Admission will be done on the basis of merit by the Admission Committee and the Principal.

College Infrastructure

College is okay. In DU colleges, you have to be proactive and do a lot of self-study to do well in undergrad. B.Com students do better than Eco students. This is from 2016. I am not sure what the current situation is like.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh has a well-maintained campus with all the basic facilities, the library is a major plus staying open till midnight, good classrooms, spacious campus. Overall the infrastructure supports academic activities
