For taking admission in courses offered by the college, candidates first need to meet the eligibility criteria of the desired programme. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College admission to UG courses is done based on the marks scored by candidates in the 10+2 examination. The college offers admission to PG courses via DUET score as well as on a merit basis. As per SBSC admission criteria, 50% of seats are filled via a merit basis. The merit basis seats are reserved for candidates who have completed their undergraduation from Delhi University. Admission to the remaining 50% of seats in PG courses is done based on the DUET score.
Interested candidates can apply for Shaheed Bhagat Singh College admissions by visiting the Delhi University admission portal and registering themselves. The admission portals are different for UG and PG courses.
B.Com, B.A., B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics, B.A. (Hons) History etc. are some of the UG courses offered by the college. The duration of all the undergraduate courses is 3 years. Candidates must have passed the 12th standard from a recognised board in order to be eligible for SBSC UG courses admissions.

The candidate's best of four marks are considered for admission.

The college offers a solo programme at the postgraduate level. The only course offered by SBSC Delhi is the Master of Commerce (M.Com). The duration of the M.Com course is 2 years and candidates need a bachelor degree in order to be eligible for admission in the Mcom programme.

The merit-based admissions in the Shaheed Bhagat Singh College M.com course are only offered to DU graduates.
Delhi University will release a cutoff on the basis of the bachelor degree scores of the candidates.
The cut off list includes the candidates' names and the college allotted to them.
All the candidates to whom SBSC Delhi is allotted need to visit the campus.
At last, fill the admission form, submit documents and deposit the programme fee.
