The college has a library function in the S.G.M. Unani Medical College and Hospital. This library has a collection of about 10957 books. The library also has a collection of popular magazines and a few journals.

Apart from books, the library also has audio and video CDS as well as cassettes which include devotional songs, instrumental music, spiritual discourses, chants, and so on. The library is open throughout the day, and patients staying at the hospital make use of the library. 

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. Both Ayurvedic and Unani Medical Colleges have established 14 departments as per C.C.I.M. Norms. Cadavers for dissection are available in the anatomy dissection hall.

The college has football and cricket grounds. The new indoor sports complex is perhaps one of its kind in Asia. The complex has badminton courts, four squash courts, three tennis courts, and a basketball court.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a gymnasium and a walking track.

The college has a swimming pool facility for all students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The fresh graduates/post graduates of Ayurveda can find employment in Ayurvedic hospitals/clinics (Both private and Govt.).
