      Academics

The teachers are all M.D.S graduates and the quality of teaching is excellent. The number of patients visiting the hospital on a daily basis is easily more than 100. The students get hands on experience with the patient. The teachers are professional in their field and are very good and clearing concepts and doubts

      College Infra

The infrastructure consists of one building which has been divided into two parts. Both the sides have a lift and a flight of stairs for traversing the floors. There are 6 floors to the building, the lowest floor is marked as -2 and the the top most as 3 . Floor 0 is the ground floor. Ground floor and the floors below it are mainly hospital departments , while the floors 1,2 and 3 have college class rooms. The rooms are designed well and have air conditioning too, they are cleaned on a regular basis and each floor has a separate washroom of men and women . Each floor also contains a water purifier and a container to drink from. It is checked and cleaned for any microbes.

      Campus Life

Sinhgad dental college shares its campus with other Sinhgad engineering and arts colleges. The campus has ample of greenery, a cultural centre and a big cricket ground . The campus also has various shops to ease the life of students

      Placements

Each and every graduate who passes through this college has been taught the skills to treat any patient perfectly and start his or her own personal practice. The students can also pursue further postgraduate courses

      Value For Money

Cost per year for undergraduates is 6 lakhs. Students from reserved category have scholarship depending on their cast . The number of patients visiting the hospital everyday is more than enough for each student to gain experience and learn, which is the main criteria while taking admission in a dental college

      Academics

Teaching here is very professional and of good quality. Curriculum is updated regularly as changes are made and students are informed and kept updated about the same. Students here are well trained as the patients flow is good.

      College Infra

Infrastructure is good. The college is cleaned and disinfected regularly. The classroom consists of a board as well as a projector and has ACs. The college has a separate library which is open at weekdays and campus has one which is open 24/7. The labs are well equipped and well maintained. Mess are available for boys and girls. The meal is good.

      Campus Life

Campus life is the best according to me. The campus is so beautiful filled with trees and good people. The students are engaged in sports and cultural activities here and students and staff both participate actively. This sports and cultural competition not only gives us break from routine academics but also creates a good bond between staff and the students. Location is good and safe and yes it can handle emergencies as we have hospitals and medical college nearby.

      Placements

There is no placements in dental colleges but the training here is good that the graduated students are ready to treat patients and they start their clinics or they further try for post graduation. College also offers post graduation courses.

      Value For Money

Fees for open category is almost 5 lakhs. There is scholarship scheme by the university itself for SBC and other category students. I don't think fees are worth paying because all the equipments or instruments and the materials like Apron, Masks, gloves are to brought by students itself and are not provided by the institution. I personally think that at least basic materials should be provided by the college as we are paying this huge amount.
