As you have mentioned that your neet score is 140 marks which indeed is very less.... But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, if we look over previous year's cutoff then, you might have scored somewhat high to get the MBBS seat..
If you fall under Unreserved category then you won't get the colleges.. But of you fall under reserved category then you have some decent chances to get seat....

Counselling for Neet 2019 has already begun. Go for counselling if you like and see if there is a chance for you to get a seat in your desired college. You can also compare your score from previous year's cut off from the required college in order to get the rough idea. Hope for the best. Good Luck!
