36 MonthsDiploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Bangalore, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate has passed an SSLC/ 10th Standard, Minimum 35 % in Maths& Science.
OR
Candidates seeking admission for the third-semester diploma under the lateral entry scheme should have passed an ITI in the appropriate trade.
Admission Details
The admission is based on a common merit list for the entire Karnataka state is announced. Candidates can select a seat for the desired course in any of the Govt / Govt aided polytechnics available for their merit and reservation category through interactive counseling at nodal counseling centers. Finally, the candidates have to report to the selected institutions within the stipulated time.
