Sri Guru Nanak Dev khalsa college has a very small campus. There is no playground or park in the college. There is no auditorium in college . No air conditioner in classrooms . Wifi available but not smart boards . There are projector in every classroom.
I am studying punjabi hons from this Sri Guru Nanak Dev khalsa college to complete my graduation. Academic of Sri Guru Nanak Dev khalsa college is good as faculty is highly educated, supportive and helpful.
Our college provide placement cell for final year students where many companies come to give jobs some of them even offer 10-12 lakhs per annum . Also helps 1st - 2nd year students to get internship. Highest package of 13 lakh was given to bcom hons student .
Fees of some courses are 40000 where as other courses ranges around 20000 for year . So ofcourse value for money only campus is small otherwise other things are good in college . College also have reputation through which we can get a comparatively high job .
Best thing of campus is it has gurudwara .where as worst thing of campus is its size campus is very small . Students can organise events but in gallery or class rooms because there is no auditorium. Staff is good . Location of college is far from main campus .
No
College infrastructure is average. There is a need to be worked on the infrastructure part. The campus area is short but I think it's fine. The infrastructure is okay overall but I think there is some scope of improvement!!
Academics is better than infrastructure to be honest.Professors are engaging but somewhere students lack overall in cooperating with them. The college is known for academics and overall it's pretty good!!
Placements are average in the college,I think the administration needs to work on the placement part because the students deserve better for what is being provided here honestly. But some deserving students really grab a good package.
Overall it's a pretty okay college but some students may disagree or agree that it is decent college but I think if you know what you are doing than go for it.Don't blame college for what you are but here college needs fo understand students too.
Although academics is fine and placements are average but the main attention is College life.Students know they are at a point where they leave the tension and just enjoy college life and make good memories.
Yeah,I would say it is the college life to remember.Make good memories with your friends and just accept what you got.No need to be disheartened if you got an off campus college.I mean you cannot do anything at last about it!!
The campus infrastructure is good provide basic facilities to students. Wifi connection, projector in numerous classes and peaceful environment in the campus. Overall the infrastructure is good and peaceful.
The academics of the college is very good teachers are also studied from the same university and they help the students in the topics in which there is difficulty and the college is also giving good results during past few years.
The placement in the college is rising as various companies are providing there campus recruitment opportunities to the students with a good package of 10-12 lakhs p.a. and encouraging the students to take part.
Living in Delhi is not a small task as there are various PG's near the college which help students to save there travelling expenses and to use those money in there studies as various societies of the college also help them to learn the value of money.
The campus life is very diverse as being a Sikh minority college there are people of Sikh community and Hindu community they all under one roof with respect and love for eachother really blooms the mind.
I thought that the college infrastructure will be large enough but according to my expectations the infrastructure is small????but it is enough to enjoy the college life and spent the time with our friends
I have heard that college doesn’t give u good education but those were rumours. Our college academics were beyond our expectations and our subject teachers were so humble that they supported us and guided the right path
The placements are average. They judge the student according to their CV not from their caliber????this seems to be a big drawback in the college placement and college should see this about their placement
The delhi university (DU) is totally value for money as compared to Indraprastha university but there are some courses which are available in delhi university and some r available in IP university both of them r having different scopes and scales
The campus life is too good i spent most of the times with my good ones and i really enjoyed the off campus life because my college lies in the off campus and off campus colleges seems to be a different vibe
SGND Khalsa College has all the basic infrastructure and facilities needed for smooth academic life. The classrooms, library and sports facilities are well-maintained. The campus and living spaces are generally clean and create a comfortable environment for students.
The quality of teaching is good, as teachers explain concepts clearly and are supportive. The curriculum is fairly updated and includes recent developments in the subject. What we study helps in building practical knowledge and skills, which makes us reasonably job-ready.
At SGND Khalsa College, placements are decent, with many students getting opportunities through campus drives. A good number of students get placed every year, while average packages are reasonable. The placement process is smooth, and the college provides guidance and support throughout.
The course fee at SGND Khalsa College is quite affordable compared to other colleges. I feel it is worth the money because the teaching, facilities and overall learning experience are satisfactory.
The SGND Khalsa College campus is peaceful and active, with good spaces for classes and cultural activities, though some areas feel small or crowded at times. Students and teachers are friendly and helpful, the location is safe, and the college can handle emergencies properly.
Overall it is Good College
It has good support facilities like wifi . Other than, buildings are bit old which give a old school vibes but it also need some repairment for the better life of students because on seeing college infrastructure students decide whether they choose to study there or not.
As in academics, college is very good because there is good teachers who taight students very well about the subject. They also help student in choosing their interests in future. Sone teachers are bit rude but overall teachers are good.
No, placement is very bad in college. As they placement society make very good promises about placement. But they are not able to help students by bringing good companies . Other than sone companies came to college but does not take any students .
Overall, college is value for money because they have normal infrastructure with good teaching environment. Teachers help students alot with any kind of situation arises. And there is very environment between students .
It was a good campus life because with going daily college we meet new people with different backgrounds which help students alot about lnowing different cultures. And they help each other in any king of situations. So, students should really enjoy campus life.
about the college first of all the campus Isn't spacious at all which causes a lot of trouble in between classes and even to the societies that don't get the space to practice be it art, music, drama societies etc. the walls and roof isn't maintained there are very prominent cracks in the walls.
Academics are good the professors have are knowledgeable and quite professional there's the issue of classes not being conducted timely otherwise academics are good . Professors most of the times are friendly and quite helpful
Placements are not that high but yeah a few good companies like bajaj and woodsmen do come and they offer great packages to the undergrads and the college does organise a setup but it's not that great due to the campus Infrastructure issue
I'll say yes it is value for money because ultimately you get a degree from University of Delhi not from a particular college and the university has a negligible fee as compared to other universities and offers better future opportunities so yeah it is value for money
I wont say that the campus intrastructure is very good but yes the campus is situated in central delhi with a good connectivity to metro and a friendly environment it's very easy to commute from the campus, moreover the crowd of the college is one of the best things about college it's safe and secure there hospitals are very close to the campus. Police stations are near and the basic amenities are also available easily
Not much it's just except the infrastructure I'm glad that I came to this college because my experience was not at all bad I'll say rather it has been quite a great journey up until now let's see what the remaining time period will show.
College infrastructure is nice with well equipped labs, computer lab, smart classrooms, etc. Campus has a big library and a conference room. It also has a gurudwara, gym, canteen in the campus itself.
The professors are highly skilled and punctual. They are very particular about their lectures and adapt to various new methods of teaching. They encourage healthy discussions in class and motivate their students
Very nice placement options Top MNCs approach to take interviews and provide great packages. The college has helps provide scholarships and take on international conferences to prepare their students.
Yes
Good
very poor. air conditioners are not present and there is no auditorium and only labs contains air conditioners. old buildings and it’s an off campus area with bad environment. canteen also doesn’t have air conditioners
faculty is cooperative and understanding and have good knowledge. societies are also fun and cooperative teachers are helpful and clears your doubts timely. syllabus is also completed timely and is also updated to you in your groups
placements are average both high paid companies and low paid companies comes. we have a placement cell also as a society. we also have frequent visits of companies which helps in giving internships and also later on a full time job
My college has some or least infrastructure but it provide air conditioned computer labs it has a proper functioning Library seminar halls,a good cafeteria a gymnasium it has solar panel lifts for teacher and for differently abled students.it also provide wifi fasciltes
I am pursuing bcom hon from this college.each subject is upto the mark.my financial accounting teacher always upskill the students guide them in right path she teaches like a school teacher with utmost sincerity
As it is my 1st year.i have attended placement orientation of my college.the quality has been medium but climbing up.in previous year 35 students were placed and more than 30 internship were secured.the partners are EY,KPMG, Decantlon
I have submitted 20000 for my bcom hon course in this college .it is somehow to the money's worth.all professor are giving their 100%
