Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Kancheepuram and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, put together as given below.

A pass with Minimum average marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, put together

General Category 45 %
BC including BCM 40 %
MBC & DNC 40 %
SC / SCA / ST 40 %

A pass in any one of the HSC (Vocational Subject) as given below with any one of the Engineering related subject namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry, with a minimum average percentage put together as given below.

Admission Details

Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the HSC (+2) examination conducted by the state and through counselling (TNEA) conducted by Anna univeristy Chennai, selected candidates are allotted to various colleges for admission. Candidates may also appear directly for admission to the College under Management Quota. Admission forms may be obtained from the college office.

College Infrastructure

Our college had all the necessary things like vehicle parking areas, canteen, and pure drinking water. Laboratories, libraries sports room has good maintenance. There are lots of trees , so we get a good breeze.

I had a very good experience in my college.

College Infrastructure

Good environment ,good and tasty food in canteen, also very big campus, situated in main highway where train, bus facilities are easily accessible,i think no other colleges are located very near to bus, train, hospital and hotel facilities, I mean everything altogether present very near.Campus will be very green and neat with strict protocols to maintain.

Good infrastructure and highly equiped laboratories ,they will maintain clean and neat environment . facilities of library is good enough , sports involvement is average,usage of labs are always welcome
