The institute offers B.Tech programmes in various engineering branches, and the students are admitted based on their performance in a national-level entrance test. SMCET accepts Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) scores, and the students are admitted through the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). Stani Memorial College of Engineering and Technology admission usually begins after the JEE-Main results have been declared, which is usually within a couple of months after the exam.
