Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala Fees 2027

I am pursuing my BTech degree at this college, and my academic experience has been very good. The faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to clear doubts. The curriculum is regularly updated and includes both theoretical and practical learning. Regular assignments, seminars, workshops, and lab sessions help improve our understanding and make us better prepared for internships and future job opportunities. Overall, the academics provide a strong foundation for career growth.

The college has decent infrastructure with spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a library with useful academic resources, and campus-wide Wi-Fi in most areas. The classrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the campus provides basic sports facilities and common areas for students. Overall, the infrastructure supports learning effectively, though some facilities could be upgraded and maintained more regularly to enhance the overall student experience.

Campus life is enjoyable and provides a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities. The college regularly organizes cultural festivals, technical events, sports competitions, workshops, and club activities that encourage student participation. The campus is safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the faculty and support staff are cooperative. Although there is room for improvement in recreational facilities and student engagement, the overall campus environment is friendly, positive, and suitable for learning and personal growth.

The placement opportunities at the college are good, with several reputed companies visiting the campus every year. Many students secure placements through campus recruitment, while others opt for higher studies. The Training and Placement Cell conducts aptitude training, coding sessions, mock interviews, and resume-building workshops to improve employability. Although the highest packages are offered to a limited number of students, the average package is decent, and the placement support provided by the college is helpful throughout the recruitment process.

The college offers excellent value for the money spent on education. The quality of teaching, infrastructure, laboratory facilities, library, and student support services justify the course fee. Students get opportunities to participate in technical events, workshops, seminars, internships, and skill development programs. Overall, the education, campus facilities, and learning experience make the investment worthwhile and help students prepare for their future careers. It costs around 1 lakh tution fee every year for BTech CSE.

In sviet education is also very good teachers are very nice and their behaviour are so good and well mannered teachers they provide us extra classes and provide classes for placement drive for student

Teachers are good and teaches in easy to understand language. [for formality] Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology provides average to good academic support suitable for students who are willing to learn seriously and stay consistent. The faculty members are generally helpful and cover the syllabus properly, though teaching quality can vary between departments and professors because engineering colleges and consistency rarely travel together. Regular assignments, practical sessions, seminars, and internal exams help students stay engaged with academics. The institute follows the university curriculum and conducts workshops and training programs for skill development. Students also receive opportunities to participate in technical events and project work, which helps improve practical knowledge alongside theoretical learning.

Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology has a decent and functional infrastructure that can reasonably be considered around a 3-star level. It is neither ultra-modern nor poorly maintained, sitting somewhere in the middle like most engineering colleges trying to survive the great Indian tradition of “paint the walls before inspection day.” Still, the campus provides the basic facilities needed for students to study and spend their academic years comfortably.

Stressfull.

They are trying but still its hard to believe getting a good placement based on past records even with good academics. [for formality] Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology offers moderate placement opportunities for students, especially in engineering, management, and computer-related fields. Various companies visit the campus for recruitment drives, providing roles in technical support, software, sales, and operations. The placement cell conducts training sessions, aptitude classes, mock interviews, and personality development programs to prepare students for jobs. Placement results mainly depend on the student’s skills, communication, and academic performance because, tragically, companies still expect humans to know things before paying them. While the institute may not attract many top multinational companies, it provides enough opportunities for hardworking students to begin their professional careers and gain industry experience.
