The TIAS CDL Library is a centrally air-conditioned facility set in a calm and peaceful environment, making it an ideal space for academic study and research. It houses a carefully curated collection of books covering a broad spectrum of subjects such as Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, Business Strategy, Operations Management, and Information Technology. The Reference Section includes an extensive range of resources—specialized and reference books, textbooks, encyclopedias, yearbooks, dictionaries, rare collections, project reports, international and peer-reviewed journals, government and corporate publications, and industry literature. The library operates on India’s most preferred library automation system, Koha—a fully integrated Library Management Software. Koha handles key modules including Acquisition, Cataloguing, Circulation, Serials Management, OPAC/Web OPAC, Reporting, and administrative utilities. Its user-friendly interface ensures minimal data entry and easy data backup. With a highly efficient retrieval system, the TIAS CDL Library supports the academic needs of students and faculty across all programs.

TECNIA AUDITORIUM "Artist's Arena” is a strong and evocative state of art theater that with the unique purpose, where artists can come together to create and perform, and where audiences can experience the arts in a truly immersive way.

Banking facilities with an ATM are available on the campus. Students can open an account with the bank and use banking facilities.

The College takes pride in its well-designed cafeteria, which serves as a central hub for students, faculty, and staff to connect and unwind. Offering a wide variety of delicious and nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages, the cafeteria caters to diverse tastes and dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. With its comfortable seating, vibrant atmosphere, and modern amenities, the cafeteria provides an ideal space for informal discussions, collaborative interactions, or simply enjoying a meal in a relaxed setting.

The College has a well-developed and dynamic Training and Placement Cell which introduces the students to the corporate world environment. The Cell is putting all efforts for organizing several training and placement activities throughout the academic year for the students. The Cell is managed by faculty members and students’ representatives and Head Training & Placement Cell. Training and Placement Cell endeavours to bring corporate personnel and academia together, so that these corporate personnel could share some of their experience with prospective managers, IT and media professionals. It acts as an interface between the Students, Faculty, and the Corporate World. The Placement Cell at TIAS-CDL (Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies-CDL) provides total support and guidance to the students in getting Summer Training and Final Placements in reputed organizations. The Placement Cell also assists in bringing excellence in the overall personality by Counselling and Self-Development sessions. The corporate sector experts are regularly invited to share their rich experiences by way of Guest Lectures, Orientation Programs and Presentations, Seminars, felicitations and Get- togethers.
