Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur (TMC Tezpur), is a world-class government medical school in Bihaguri, Tezpur, Assam. Tezpur Medical College is affiliated with the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences and the National Medical Commission. Tezpur Medical College admission process is very strict with its merit-based admission procedure for its different medical courses.

Tezpur Medical College admission process starts in May–June for the August–September starting academic year. Undergraduate courses such as MBBS are admitted based on NEET-UG scores. Postgraduate studies in MD and MS are admitted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG).

Tezpur Medical College offers an MBBS programme. TMC Tezpur has 125 MBBS seats. Admission will be strictly done on NEET-UG merit. The programme duration is 5.5 years, out of which a year is a compulsory one-year rotatory internship.
