The college has widely expanded various clinical departments with a provision of super-specialty care with a growing spectrum of diseases and increasing demand for such facilities. The Hospital is the apex health institution and provides tertiary care to the entire population of Moradabad and adjoining districts besides imparting clinical training to the students.

The college has Sports and fitness is an integral part of the University which provides a network of facilities, inducing opportunities for sports participation at all levels and provides a chance for its students to take part in a wide range of sports pursuits. Services of the students of the University are sought for various inter-school, district, state, and national level tournaments as officials and referees in Volleyball, Tennis Cricket, and Marshal Arts. State-of-the-art sports facilities are available in the University to ensure all-round development of the students.

The college has 240 computer terminals with hi-tech software having provision for developing basic, intermediate, and business-level language skills. These labs have attached uniquely designed personality development cabins and group discussion rooms.

The college has Krazy Kitchen, Log-in Pizza restaurants, and well-maintained canteens on the campus that provide students, staff, and visitors with a variety of Indian, Continental, and Asian cuisine. A shopping center on the campus helps students and university personnel procure essential commodities.

It presently maintains 54 Buses, 17 Cars, and 5 Ambulances including 2 Critical Care Ambulances, 4 Small Trucks for carriage 2 Tractors with Trolleys, and 2 Tankers for agriculture and plantation purposes in the campus.

The bank also extends the educational loan facility to the students of the university. In order to meet the rising demand for banking facilities by the students, staff, faculty, and the public in general, the bank has been provided with more space.
