Unitech Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mirzapur (UIET Mirzapur) is affiliated to impart technical education to aspiring young engineering graduates. Unitech Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mirzapur is approved by AICTE-All India Council for Technical Education. UIET Mirzapur admission process is a well-established procedure for diploma programmes. UIET Mirzapur admission process is primarily based on the merit of the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics, commonly known as JEECUP examination. Every year, JEECUP is conducted for admission to a diploma engineering course.

The JEECUP Examination is conducted in April or May in Uttar Pradesh by the Joint Entrance Examination Council. The entrance examination is meant for students who have completed either their 10th standard or 10+2 or ITI and pursue a diploma course in polytechnic engineering.

UIET Mirzapur admission process for diploma programmes, the eligibility requires that a candidate must have passed the 10th board examination with a minimum of 35% marks. • JEECUP Registration: The Candidate has to get registered online for the JEECUP examination on the official site. This means filling out an online form and paying examination fees.
• Entrance Exam: The candidate will have to report to the JEECUP center on the due date. The candidate will be tested in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry topics at the standard of the 10th grade.
• Publishing Results: Results and rankings will be published by JEECUP after the examination, and students may view their results on the official JEECUP site.
• Registration for Counselling: Candidates that made the ranks have to register for their counselling by paying the requisite fee, along with selecting their institutions and courses of choice.
• Seat Allocation: Allotment shall be based on the JEECUP rank of the candidate, choices made, and seat availability.
• Fee Payment: Candidates will be required to deposit the admission fee after the allotment of a seat to confirm their seat at UIET Mirzapur.
• Reporting to the Institute: Candidates should report to UIET Mirzapur after completing seat allotment, along with all original documents, to carry out the admission formalities on the mentioned date.

Diploma Programmes In all, UIET Mirzapur offers three such diploma programmes, each for three years of study and a maximum intake of 54 students.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production: This programme focuses on manufacturing processes and techniques of machine design and production. It is governed by ranking in JEECUP. The eligibility requirement is successful completion of the 10th grade with a minimum of 35% marks. 
• Diploma in Civil Engineering: This holistically partakes in civil construction and covers structural engineering and project management. The entry requirements and rules for admission to this programme are, however, similar to the Mechanical Engineering diploma since both require JEECUP rank and at least 35% marks in the 10th grade exam.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering: This involves learning about electrical systems, power generation, and distribution. UIET Mirzapur admission process is similar to those of the other two diploma programmes by implying the candidate must qualify in the JEECUP and have a 10th-grade score of at least 35%.

UIET Mirzapur admission process is primarily made according to the rank gained by the candidate in the JEECUP examination for all diploma programmes. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility requirements and possess valid ranks in the JEECUP will also be accommodated in the counselling process.
