Hello
Since VJTI reputation is immense hence generally students opt for VJTI.
But if you like software, coding etc then you can opt for PICT.It's all your interest.
Sardar Patel is good for electrical but the placements you get from all these colleges does not vary much.
Try to find what best you can do and then take admission.
I hope it helps
Regards.Best of Luck..
Hello,
As per you jee mains rank and your category you won't get vjti in electrical engineering.
Apart from this, for sure you should get other lower branches in vjti
Thanks
As per your percentile and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-
MGM College Mumbai
VJTI Mumbai (3 or 4 round of counselling)
To know more about your chances of getting other colleges check out the college predictor link below:

Hi Srikanth,
According to your percentile, your rank would be-
2,76,166 * 0.0556 = 15,355 (Approximately)
I can provide you the cutoff rank for the GENERAL/OPEN category of VJTI Mumbai from which you can get an idea about your selection.
In 2016, after the last round-
Cutoff Rank- 7751 and Cutoff marks- 131
In 2017, after the last round-
Cutoff Rank- 6207 and Cutoff marks- 131
In 2018, after the last round-
Cutoff Rank- 8185 and Cutoff marks- 122
If you are from a reserved category, then you might have a better chance but not if you are from the GENERAL/OPEN category.
Hope this helps you.
All the best!!!
Hi Hareesh,
VJTI Mumbai is one of the oldest engineering colleges in Asia.
VJTI Mumbai only gives admission on the basis of the MHT CET examination. So, if you have given it then you can provide me the percentile and I can provide you the cutoffs.
It does not give admission on the basis of JEE Mains 2019 rank.
Hope this helps you.
All the best!!!
The facilities and infrastructure available for the course/department, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library, are very Good . The quality of the facilities in the hostel, the quality of the food available in the mess and canteen, the medical facilities, and the sports and games are all very Good .
The classrooms are decent enough, with wooden benches, projector and AC's. Wi-Fi works in some classes and doesn't in others. The library is too good. It has all the books that you will ever need. It even has good Wi-Fi. You can be in the library for a whole day without feeling bored. The mess has okayish food—not that great. The canteen has better food than the mess. There's a cricket ground, a football ground and a basketball court as well, which is really good.
College has a very good infrastructure, however, the infrastructure is now old and there are efforts being put to renovate the college. Labs are a bit outdated, but the college is bringing in new facilities. The hostels are also undergoing changes and the new PG hostel has super good facilities.
