Hey there. The last year cet cutoff for civil branch in VJTI was 2466 in final round. So as per your percentile the chances of you to get a branch in vjti is too less. Even the cutoff for all branches in vjti are below 9000 for open category. You can go for other private college.

Yes, you can easily get admission in coep or vjti colleges with this great percentile 99.5. You can also get chemical engineering in ICT. As I know it's enough percentile to get admission in these good colleges. You can get good branch in these colleges like CSE.
