The brach cannot be decided by the rank you secured, it will be based on the number of students who have selecteda particular branch who have secured a good rank than you and when your turn comes if there are remaining seats in that particular branch you will be allotted

It's impossible to get any branch in Chennai and vellore campus as you have very high rank i suggest you to try for Amaravati and Bhopal campus

My rank is 46835. Can I get CSE in Vit chennai campus?

Chances seem quite kow as cutoff closing ranks for Chennai campus has been recorded within 20000.
CSE has been highly privikeged course and is very much preferable by students as VIT has best in class placements.

You have although decent chances with Biomedical and Civil engineering at Vellore Campus.

IT IS ACTUALLY GOOD FOR A COLLEGE OR HOSTEL LIFE, THEY SERIOUSLY GOT HERE GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE, BUILDINGS, THE INTERIORS, ALL ARE ACTUALLY ABOVE THE PAR, QUITE IMPRESSIVE, ALL THE ELEVATORS ARE IN GOOD AND PROPER FUNCTIONING

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is well-developed and modern, providing all the necessary facilities for students. The library has a good collection of books and digital resources for academic support. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and basic amenities, though WiFi can sometimes be slow. College Infrastructure

Almost has all the necessary infrastructure yet not good...too much academic pressure...sometimes it feels like living inside of a jail...hostel rooms and messes are way more expensive than they need to be
