Last year closing rank of mechanical engineering at vit, chennai was 32000. So you have good chances to get mechanical at chennai campus. You will also get mechanical At bhopal and amrawati campus.

There is hardly any chance to get mechanical engineering at vellore campus. But you will definitely get it at all other three campuses. You can also get some other good branches at bhopal and amrawati campus.

Sorry to say but with this rank forget CSE I am afraid you wouldn't be able to get admission in any branch and you may even not be able to attend the councelling for VIT. The cut offs vary every year but still the last closing rank for branches like production and insdurial and fashion technology were around 50-55k so there's no chance of you getting any branch in VIT so I suggest you to go for some other options and any other college.
