Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College, Salem recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation, Salem.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics / Mathematics /Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology/Biology/Informatics Practices Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship .(Any of the Three) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Passed min. 3 years Diploma Examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the Programme).

Admission Details

College Infrastructure

Wi-Fi facility, labs, classrooms and library facilities are available on our campus. The quality of the labs is good, classrooms are big. The quality of the food available in the canteen is good for South Indians. Hostel rooms are huge. Infrastructure of the college is very good.
