Women's Polytechnic College, Puducherry, is an institution created to offer technical education to women. This all-India institution according to AICTE offers four diploma courses in engineering.

Admission is purely based on merit. Merit is determined through the qualifying exam. Admission is purely based on total marks scored in the previous qualification.

5. Selection and Admission: Candidates selected for admission complete the admission process by paying their fees and presenting their original documents for verification.

6. Fee Payment: Course fee of Rs 6,600 payable at admission.

• Diploma in Architectural Assistantship: 60 seats; based on merit, scored in the 10th standard; fee Rs 6600.

• Diploma in Computer Engineering: 60 seats; admission purely depends on merit; fee Rs 6600.

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 60 seats; admission purely depends on merit; fee Rs 6600.

• Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering: 60 seats; admission purely depends on merit; fee Rs 6600.
