At XIME Kochi campus, internship and placement cell looks after the activities regarding campus placement every year. The similar placement procedure is followed at other branches of XIME. The institute offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management to assist its students in maintaining a positive career development. In XIME campus pre-placement several activities are conducted that include aptitude training, current affairs discussions, presentation and communication skills training, group cohesiveness, business ethics, public speaking sessions, the establishment of knowledge circles, and encouraging research. • Industries are asked to come to the campus to give a talk before they start hiring people.

• Companies schedule the date and time for the seminar.

• XIME then chooses and confirms dates for interviews on campus.

• Recruiters are given specific time slots based on a certain criterias set by the institute.

• Employers get information about the students in the current batch and need to give a list of the candidates they want to interview before a certain date.

• Before the interviews, the companies talk to the students virtually or in-person about the jobs they have, how much they will be paid, and what they expect from them.

• On the day of the interview, the companies see if the students are a good fit for their jobs.

• After that, XIME Kochi's placement team informs the selected candidates.

• If students do well during their internships or training at these companies, they might get job offers even before they finish their studies. 

• Finally, the students who are chosen get an offer letter.
