I am OBC from Telangana. I have scored 432 Marks in NEET-18 with Rank 54964. There is any chances to get MBBS govt. seat under 15% AIQ.

Sorry but you won't be able to secure a seat under 15% aiq . The competition level is very hard and the cutoff varies state to state and college to college. You might get a seat under 85% state quota or some private colleges under all India.
