I'd say yes, ILS, Pune is a better college than Symbiosis Nagpur because:
- Symbiosis Nagpur is a really new institute and has yet to showcase its worth, whereas ILS Pune is a well established college with considerable repute of many years behind it. What this means in real terms is that a well established college usually has a well established network of successful alumni, a robust placement cell, an experienced faculty and a better college culture.
- Other thing is cost and value for money, Symbiosis Nagpur, being new, is still expensive and the value for money argument is lost on its relatively short history. ILS pune attracts top ranked students from MH CET exam which can mean a better student body and active college culture.

Symbiosis is good to choose because the college is fitted with all the whiteboard materialistic specifications, screens to support the learners in a fast flow, modern computers including added features, libraries with both a lot of literature scarcity and sports complex that is being built at the present moment as this is the first year. The hostel rooms are three-seater and each of dorm mates is given a study table, a designated bed and wardrobes. A housekeeping facility is also open.
