No, you can’t get admission into BITS as you got above 200!

As the cutoffs are increasing year by year , a score of around 300 would be necessary for sure if you are into the engineering stream.

With your rank in JEE main paper 2 you cannot get a seat in NIT trichy and SPA Vijayawada. The cutoffs for them are very high. Morever BITS is very good institute for architecture. Congrats for that.
