The MBA program at BITS Pilani accepts two exams which are CAT and GMAT. First, you have to apply to their program through their website then you need to appear any one of these exams and once you clear their cutoff you will be called for further rounds

BITS Pilani (not Goa) does offer management courses but for post graduation. It has 3 semesters of classroom lectures with 6 months of industrial exposure in the form of internship to help you nurture your practical skills as well.

I would prefer you to take CS in Goa. Placements in Goa are much better as compared to BITS Hyderabad. The Highest package for CS in BITS Hyderabad is 25.5 lacs per annum and average package is 10.93 lacs per annum. The Highest package for CS student in BITS Goa

Currently BITS Pilani, KK Birla campus in Goa doesn't offer management courses. You can try for the Pilani campus next year as the applications are closed for this academic year.
