BITS PIlani and IIT Madras don't provide Mechatronics engineering branch.

If you have interest in Mechatronics branch you can go for SRM and Manipal colleges.

In order to take admission in these colleges you have to appear for the entrance exam of BITSAT and SRMJEEE.

Your admission will be based on marks obtained in your entrance exam.

12th class are only considered to complete the eligibility criteria.

According, to previous year 2017 cut off you need to score 382 marks for CSE branch and 355 for EEE branch in BITSAT to get BITS Pilani campus.
