• A candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent in 2020 or 2021.
• A candidate must have 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 75% aggregate marks.

Yes, you cannot get admission in bits pilani without giving its entrance exam which is called bitsat.
These are the three ways by which you can get admission in bits pilani:

• Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT)
• Direct Admission of Board Toppers
• Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT)- [For citizens of a country other than India]

Students of India other than the board toppers get admission on the basis of their bitsat score to various courses of B. Tech in Bits pilani.

As of now there has been no notification regarding the release of the application form for BITSAT. It is expected that BITS Pilani will release the BITSAT 2021 exam date along with online forms in the last week of January January 2021 in online mode at bitsadmission.com (//bitsadmission.com)

You have not mentioned the branch for which you are interested to take admission in Bharathidashan Institute of Technology (BIT) Anna University. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) conducted by Anna University for admission into various engineering and technological programs in Tamil Nadu for 10+2 level candidates.Counselling is conducted in 4 rounds depending on the aggregate marks range and rank.

Last year the cutoff was 699 for microelectronics at BITS Pilani.

Microelectronics is a subfield of electronics. As the name suggests, microelectronics relates to the study and manufacture (or micro fabrication) of very small electronic designs and components. Usually, but not always, this means micrometre-scale or smaller.

Depending upon the number of applicants the GATE Score cut off for BITS varies and also depends on the fact how you choose your preference both campus wise and branch wise. This year also it may be around 650–700 for BITS Pilani.

As you know double degree demands for double hardwork as compared to that of any single degree course. Further it would only good if you could do it and on the other hand there are some companies which do have criteria of taking only single degree students, but then some companies also do have this preference of dualities over single degree students. So i will suggest you to choose wisely .

Hi Aspirant,

Among these colleges Sigma Institute of Nursing is better in terms of practical knowledge and faculties present in this college.Faculties are really good and helpful and they give much stress on the practical works and they cover their course curriculum in an organised manner.However infrastructure is good but it is not that much great as compared to other colleges.Bhailal Amin general Hospital is also good.Check between these two colleges.
