Dual Degree from IIT Dhanbad is better than BITS Pilani. Because IIT Dhanbad provide better faculty than BITS Pilani. IIT Dhanbad placement is good that BITS Pilani. The packages of IIT Dhanbad is also better than BITS Pilani. For Dual Degree IIT Dhanbad is better than BITS Pilani.

dineshburuboyina2575 ,  BITS Pilani if you do not have the money issue. BITS, Pilani is even better than some IITs and top NITs. BITS, Pilani provides you everything whether it is about placement, infrastructure, environment, etc
