see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, seat matrix, questions difficulty level etc, so at this score you have less chances for core stream in bits by gate score. so to become safe side it will be good if you participate in bits

see there is very less colleges in india which offers btech in robotics , however there is mtech courses on robotics, see robotics is now an emerging technologies in market and it includes the knowledge of electronics, mechanical, and computer science and programming. so candidates from any btech stream

In BITS admission to all M.E. (except Software systems) and M.Pharm. programmes will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the BITS HD admission test or based on GATE/GPAT score. Admission to M.E. in Software Systems will be through the BITS HD test only.
