First of all for getting admission in bits you have to give bitsat  entrance exam without it you will not be able to get admission. The another thing is that bits is one of the most renowned colleges of india and the score you got is comparatively less for getting admission in any of such colleges. So you have to study hard and prepare more.

If you are talking in terms of going out of the college in the evening time , yes of course you can. There is a time limit on it though. You have to reach hostel by 10:30 at max as after this your id card will be taken and you will have to have a good excuse for why you are late. I hope it answers your questions

BITS pilani, hyderabad is private college which is approved by UGC. It doesn't offer B.tech in food technology. They provide B.E/B.tech, M.E/M.tech, M.phil, Msc, B.Pharma and M.pharma.

see bits hd exam has 300 marks of question paper, now  the cutoff score varies with lots of factors like the questions difficulty level, number of participants etc. questions are from engineering mathematics, core engineering, and english. now from 2017 the admission is also done by gate score. depending on previous years score , scores around 190 has good chances to get calls for admission.

The fee structure for Engineering stream at SRM is 2,60,000 for 1st year and 2,50,000 for 2, 3 and 4th year. The total fee for the course comes out to be 10,10,000.

The fee structure for Engineering stream at VIT is 1,98,000 for 1st year and 1,95,000 for 2,3 and 4th year. The total fee structure for the course comes to 7,83,000.

The fee structure for Engineering stream at BITS Pilani is 1,59,000 for 1st and 2nd semester.
