I assume that you are asking this question related to COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, PUNE COEP.  The answer to your question is yes, they take students from outside Maharashtra also but the vacancies are very limited with branch. ( NOT MORE THAN 10 SEAT PER BRANCH). To get admission your score in MHTCET must be above 165 out of 200. With this marks only you can expect a seat in COEP.

As per the researches from various places and as per my knowledge the college code for COEP is 6006 .

Kindly go through the DTE information brochure to confirm and make sure you enter right college code while filling the application form.

With 99.34 percentile in BHT-CET , you can get Computer Science in COEP or PICT 

If your rank is below 1300 to 1500 you can get admission in COEP and PICT.

You might get the college .Though the cut off for General other state candidate is high.

Check the detailed cut off for all the streams of the College of Engineering Pune.

If your rank lie within then most probably you'll get it.
