Yes, you can easily get admission in coep or vjti colleges with this great percentile 99.5. You can also get chemical engineering in ICT. As I know it's enough percentile to get admission in these good colleges. You can get good branch in these colleges like CSE.

Yes, it is possible to get admission in coe Pune with 93.27 percentile. I am not 100% sure, but I can predict this. As I know it's enough to get admission in coe like colleges in Pune. So, it's better to try for it. Wait to come the official college cutoff

It's very tough to get admission in coep with 77 percentile. If you want to get admission in coep like colleges then you must have greater than 90 percentile.

Then only you will have chances to get admission there. Now with 77 percentile it's not possible to get admission there. It's better to try for other colleges.

Hi there as per your percentile your rank varies in between 13000-14000 and last year cet cutoff for all branches in coep was below 5000 in final round for obc category. Similarly for pict previous year cutoff is below 5500 for all branches in final round(home university) for obc category. 

So chances of you to get this colleges are less as cutoff doesn't varies much in every year.
