Infrastructure is also good, building are nice and well developed. Looks like a palace when you enter college awesome experience. This GIves a amazing feel. I went to college just for admission but I am waiting to go there again.
Teachers are highly qualified PhD level and teaching is also nice. Teaching staff always takes care about the education and examination standards. There are lots of Opportunities in COEP for keen learners.
Private and government both companies come tl hire students. This is the major benefit. On an average the package is 6 lac. However it depends on individual what package they can crack. Most of the students prefer startups though.
Fees for category students is less abd for OBC its around 50k. According to the the fees facilities provided are good. Hostel fees is also less as compared to other colleges. Also your money id invested in you wellbeing so its good.
It's awesome even in online mode college clubs are active and are working on different events and tasks. So many clubs are present in coep its mandatory for one to be part of atleats one club. One can choose club according to its choice and interest
Best college one can have is COEP. It was my dream college and I finally got it. Highly recommended from my end. If someone is in diploma or preparing for MHCET I urge you to think for this college on priority. It will definitely change your life.
Girls hostel rooms are good and spacious. But the water supply and WiFi lagged, creating a lot of problems. The food served in the mess wasn't upto the mark. They served only vegetarian food in the mess. The quality and variety could have been better. Snacks was good. There was a good gym on campus.
1. Some teachers are intelligent but some are not. Roughly we can say in my department , the young faculty are brilliant and supportive . But the aged people like Bagchi sir are also available anytime to help students . 2. The course need more practical and recent knowledge required. As they reach old knowledge which is not used in industry anymore.
1. More than 50% students from my department got placed. 2. The lowest salary was 3LPA and the highest salary was 10 LPA . Top recruiting companies are Bajaj, Caterpillar , GEP, optimize were also on campus. There are IT companies like Oracle , ZS, capgemini, GEP, Optimize were also for those who were able to code. Almost all students from the batch got internships in companies like TATA motors , Dicho Torque, Asot Welding, Auto cluster, Frudenburg, Vanaz, Optimize , Atlas Coco, Forbes Marshall
Yes definitely the college worth value for money . The fees for first year is around Rs 90k . So, I feel that college provide value that can really change overall personality through the extra curricular and many college activities .
There are many extra curricular in college like Boat Club, Fields Cup, Mind spark , Zest, etc. Tech innovative like BAJA also take place. The location is best and even it can handle many emergency situation . There are students those make use of such prestigious resources of COEP and make there life rocking .
Consider yourself to be the luckiest if you got admission in CoEP and do make use of all the resources provided by the institute and grow yourself to the better version of yourself.
COEP has a very beautiful campus . It has various other facilities such as GYM , xerox cafe , amazing mess . It also has amazing hostel campus and ground for sports facilities . Labs are well maintained and coep has own robotic lab which have often garnered international recognizatio .
The course curriculum is very good . The curriculum is in par with industry standard . The college has enough labs , facilities to nurture student intreste in technical education . And we can choose one elective from different branch every year , this allow us to learn and be in touch with other branches .
Placement is very good . Companies visiting the campus are multinational companies . Few of the best companies are , BAJAJ AUTO , VOLVO, DAIMLER CRYSLER etc . COEP boosts hug placement which is true indeed .
Fees are very low . I remember we paid less than 50% than other private college .
There are around 70 technical or non technical clubs or groups to participate
Overall this is the Best college in india .
WI-FI available in our college with high speed . Lab have all instrument which are required for student to use . The library has all the books which are required for your course . Classroom are good . The hostel of coep manage to get good variety of food with good quality at minimal price .
As it is an autonomous college , the syllabus and exam pattern depends on college . Exam is taken as two semesters per year generally one in november and one in may . And course curriculum of coep is excellent .
The placement and job opportunities are excellent in coep . Being one of the top college in maharashtra , many companies approach us . Many of the students get internship as well as placement in the third year itself .
As it is government engineering colleges the fess is less as compared to other private engineering colleges .
There are around 60 old clubs in coep such as math club , science club , debate club in hindi and English language , robot studay circle , delta club , data structure and Artificial intelligence club .
Overall COEP is an excellent college .

Students have to apply before this deadline to participate in the offline round.

MES Wadia College of Engineering, Pune, has a competitive cutoff, especially for top branches.
For Electronics & Telecommunication via MHT-CET, cutoff percentiles range from 61 to 96, depending on the category.
Through JEE Main, Computer Engineering generally closes around AIR 1.7 to 1.9 lakh.
Other branches like E&TC may go up to 2.5 lakh rank in later rounds.
Cutoffs vary by round, branch, and category, so better scores give more options.

With 180 marks, getting a seat at COEP is unlikely , because its one of the top engineering colleges in Maharashtra and it's cutoffs are usually much higher.The cut-offs are calculated based on percentile and unfortunately,180 won't give high enough percentile to meet their requirement.So, it's better to consider other good engineering colleges where your score would be enough to secure an admission .You can still get a decent college and course but COEP would probably not be an option this year.
