College infrastructure is really good. GIET University has a really huge campus with greenery all around. There are different departments with their individual boards and signs to locate. The roads connecting each and every department are clean and wide. The design of the campus is really convenient for anyone who visits our University.

Academics in GIET University is not the best thing you will get. But unlike other private colleges, here the students can get better knowledge. The teachers here are mostly experienced and are really helpful. Students don't just learn their subjects but also real life skills.

The placement in GIET University is also not something great. Like here the students are guaranteed to be placed in some or the other companies, but the packages may vary. It all depends on the skills of the students. Otherwise the students get pretty good placement opportunities.

The College has one of the most amazing infrastructures among all the colleges in that tie . Each branch having a separate dedicated building with good design and facilities stands out . Being from computer background , it is well maintained with all the computer related apartments .

As far as academics is concerned , the college just followed traditional approach of just completing the syllabus . Very less focus on real world problem solving and practical knowledge . The quality of teaching was such that you can easily clear any university exams but at the same time there was a huge gap in between us and the industry standards which we realized post joining companies .

The placements during our batch were pretty decent . Companies like TCS , Mindtree , Tech M , Cavisson etc visited and the average salary at that time was 3.5 LPA . The placements were very smooth for me at least and the college was supportive throughout .

I would be 50-50 on this , it was probably the best in terms of its competitors but still there were things to be improved . My course costed around 1.5 L per year .

The biggest disadvantage of the college was its campus life . Located in the outskirts village of Gunupur . It has no connection to urban places . Its absolutely a remote village where there's nothing else to do except the college . So the life post college there is pretty boring .

OveralI I was blessed to have great set of friends with whom I was able to cross those 4 years in the village , with absolutely cutting off from the other world . If you are planning to be there , then be ready to face it .

College is located around 3 Km away from the city but due to the transportation facilities provided by the college it's easy to travel. Campus is huge and building are beautiful with AC classrooms and laboratories, a beautiful temple is also in the campus, hostel, canteen, laboratories facilities are being provided to the students.

I studied MSc mathematics in GIET, Gunpur because the teaching quality is very good in here due to the excellent teaching forces available who holds relevant qualifications and teaching experience which helps the students a lot.

The college provides around 90 percentage placement rate and most of the students gets placed In the campus drive. The average package secured by students are about 7 - 8 LPA, that to in many reputed companies.

Fee structure is higher than the government colleges, and it cost me around 1.5 - 2 lakhs for my masters degree.

Good environment is there in our college. Classrooms are very spacious and have all the necessary infrastructure like ac and fans. Hostel food is very tasty. Chefs are from very reputed college. Food is hygienic.

I am studying computer science and engineering degree here. My life ambition is to become an entrepreneur. Curriculum is updated. This includes all the recent developments in the field. This study make us job ready.

The quality of placements at this college are good enough. Tech companies from southern India mostly visit our campus. Highest package is 24lpa. Average package is 2lpa. Average 75% of students get jobs.

Yes this college have the nessary infrastructure and some are being built up on their way and will be complete in due time. College environment is very good and refreshing especially in winter.it has a very beautiful sun rise view in winter

The quality of teaching is very good, all the facilities staff and non teaching staff are good and helping in nature. The course is made in such a way that it help students to understand very easily. It help a lot

Placement is good a different varieties of companies came for campus placement. University provide a variety of number of companies where students can easily select as per there career opportunities avg salary package is 8 lpa onwards

Per course charges are 210000 per year it way too less then other collage and yes it is value for money as it can be affordable by middle class family for there children

College has beautiful environment with great infrastructure and ambiance. It has all the necessary facilities with laboratories and living space with sanitization and hygiene. All are well maintained.classroom space is also good

All the faculty members are very good and have friendly nature. Quality of teaching is good. All the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. All the placement facilities are there.

Quality of placement is very good with all the facilities.Percentage of placement is very high almost 90% . They will trained all the students with all the required knowledge required for placement and job.

The college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The facilities in classrooms, laboratories is very good. The libraries is very well maintained. The wifi connection is not very good

I was studying B tech mechanical engineering. The quality of teaching is very good. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. The study makes us job ready and experienced.

The quality of placements at our college is very good. The percentage of students that were placed 80 percent. The highest package that was offered was 12 lakhs. The course that went to was computer science.

The University has multiple buildings and all facilities available, which include laboratories, libraries, hostel accommodations, recreational space, and a beautiful cafeteria. The University yearly renovates the buildings and has maintained them well. The food quality of the canteen is also great and healthy.

I was studying B-tech in ME because I had an interest. The quality of teaching and its staffs were good. The curriculum gets updated according to the University itself, which covers fundamental concepts, theories, and practical applications. We had an internship program which made me ready for the job.

Due to COVID, the placements got badly affected because of which only a few students got placed. otherwise, the quality of placement in GIET is A1. The highest package offered was around 8 LPA and the average package offered is around 4-5 LPA.

Total fees cost me around 4 lakhs, as we weren't able to utilize the resources due to COVID. It wasn't worth it for me. But, looking from others' perspectives investing 4 lakhs and getting a degree from GIET and placement in reputed companies is quite a good deal.

GIET creates an environment wherein students can easily socialize and engage in co-curricular activities. The teachers and faculty were very supportive of career building and guiding. It is located in a lush greenery area which is a safe place for all. It can handle every type of emergency.

GIET is the pride of Gunpur. I will highly recommend you to complete your graduation here.

The University, being situated amidst nature, is a cool and serene place. The infrastructure is good. There are various departments, meant specifically for branches/streams. The classrooms are well-ventilated, and equipped with traditional chalk-duster blackboards. the canteen serves good food and is a nice place to hang out.

I'm studying B-tech in CSE, and the quality of teaching is average. The curriculum is good and can be updated for some subjects. it does focus on all-around development and can focus on practical and industry-driven experiences.

Looking at past experiences the placements have been good so far, the highest salary offered was 15-18 LPA, and the average salary is about 8-9 LPA, GIET has a specific placement cell to help the students.

For CSE it's about INR 67K per semester as academic fees and INR 1.02 lakhs including hostel facilities. I think it's valuable as you get a degree from a reputed college with good placement opportunities.

The students can engage themselves in various clubs, beyond their class times, which provides them exposure. students are cooperative and teachers are well-behaved. it is located in the lush greenery of nature and is a safe place for everyone.

Infrastructure is good, but only from the outside. The classrooms need to be renovated, they look so bad. The benches and tables condition is also not that good. Washrooms are not clean and is not at all hygienic.

I am studying Computer Science and Engineering here because I always wanted to do something in the field of tech. I came to this college as I got no seat in other good colleges. Most of the faculties are bad. They don't even know fluent English and they just teach for the sake of completing the syllabus. Yeah the curriculum is updated and includes almost all the recent developments in the field. What we study will surely make us job ready but only if the teachers taught well(some are good).

Placement is not that good. College claims to give 95%+ placements to the students every year but it's not true. For the purpose of advertisement they are playing with students. Most of the students who get placed get their package around 4-6 lpa. Some very bright students get around 10-12 lpa and the others get 2 lpa which is of no value. The highest salaries is always bagged by the CSE students and this time MBA students also got good packages.

As a day scholar my course fees is 1,35,000/year. Comparing to other private colleges the fees here is less but still it's not worth the money spent as the college only looks for making more and more money, the academics is also not that good and the management is just so bad that sometimes they take awful decisions while dealing with basic problems.

Yeah, they campus life is somewhat good. There is a beautiful temple. There are multiple food points. There is a college canteen. There is a vast ground for all type of sports. There's a basketball court as well. There's a swimming pool too and the whole institute is surrounded by beautiful greenery. Talking about safety, yes it is safe and the college also has a dispensary. But besides that, the nearest hospital is 4-5 km away from the institute. The college also owns an ambulance.

Not recommended at all. Despite the greenery there's nothing which is good at this institute. There are tons of other colleges which are far better than this.
