The University, being situated amidst nature, is a cool and serene place. The infrastructure is good. There are various departments, meant specifically for branches/streams. The classrooms are well-ventilated, and equipped with traditional chalk-duster blackboards. the canteen serves good food and is a nice place to hang out.

I'm studying B-tech in CSE, and the quality of teaching is average. The curriculum is good and can be updated for some subjects. it does focus on all-around development and can focus on practical and industry-driven experiences.

Looking at past experiences the placements have been good so far, the highest salary offered was 15-18 LPA, and the average salary is about 8-9 LPA, GIET has a specific placement cell to help the students.

For CSE it's about INR 67K per semester as academic fees and INR 1.02 lakhs including hostel facilities. I think it's valuable as you get a degree from a reputed college with good placement opportunities.

The students can engage themselves in various clubs, beyond their class times, which provides them exposure. students are cooperative and teachers are well-behaved. it is located in the lush greenery of nature and is a safe place for everyone.

Infrastructure is good, but only from the outside. The classrooms need to be renovated, they look so bad. The benches and tables condition is also not that good. Washrooms are not clean and is not at all hygienic.

I am studying Computer Science and Engineering here because I always wanted to do something in the field of tech. I came to this college as I got no seat in other good colleges. Most of the faculties are bad. They don't even know fluent English and they just teach for the sake of completing the syllabus. Yeah the curriculum is updated and includes almost all the recent developments in the field. What we study will surely make us job ready but only if the teachers taught well(some are good).

Placement is not that good. College claims to give 95%+ placements to the students every year but it's not true. For the purpose of advertisement they are playing with students. Most of the students who get placed get their package around 4-6 lpa. Some very bright students get around 10-12 lpa and the others get 2 lpa which is of no value. The highest salaries is always bagged by the CSE students and this time MBA students also got good packages.

As a day scholar my course fees is 1,35,000/year. Comparing to other private colleges the fees here is less but still it's not worth the money spent as the college only looks for making more and more money, the academics is also not that good and the management is just so bad that sometimes they take awful decisions while dealing with basic problems.

Yeah, they campus life is somewhat good. There is a beautiful temple. There are multiple food points. There is a college canteen. There is a vast ground for all type of sports. There's a basketball court as well. There's a swimming pool too and the whole institute is surrounded by beautiful greenery. Talking about safety, yes it is safe and the college also has a dispensary. But besides that, the nearest hospital is 4-5 km away from the institute. The college also owns an ambulance.

Not recommended at all. Despite the greenery there's nothing which is good at this institute. There are tons of other colleges which are far better than this.

The Infrastructure is world class. Every building is unique and beautiful. It is situated in foot hills of eastern ghats so It is surrounded by mountains and greenery. There is a pond and swimming pool inside the campus. The University has also Hospital Facilities in side the campus with 24/7 ambulance.To get admission you can apply through the official website.

The faculties are good and helpful. Yes some faculties have some issues thats happens every where nowadays. If you have any issue with any faculties then by complaining your Class teacher or Proctor it will be resolved.It has a 24/7 library Hall where you can borrow books and study.There were 2 class test and 2 cycle test before the semester exams which will make your concept clear before semester.

The Training & Placement cell is actively providing good no of placements to deserving students. The PPT classes starts from 1st year itself.And till 3 rd year you are ready to face interviews. Only Products based company come here for placements so if you want a service based company you can try off campus.

The fees for CSE/IT branch is bit higher than other branches. As it is most demanding one. Per semester I pay ₹67000+₹2000 registration fees. And ₹70000 hostel and mess fees per year. It is feasible as it is less than other private university of odisha.

The location is safe for both boys and girls.If you want city life malls, parks, restaurants etc The Gunupur is a small town so you don't get those. Yes but there are Restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy. Life in campus is good Unfortunately I have spend only 1 month in campus and because of 2nd wave the university is closed. The Campus is very big you can rome there and enjoy. The Seniors are very good and GietU has no Ragging policy. The Management is very strict regarding indiscipline.

If you want to do study then you are welcomed to the college. You will not find variety of clubs and all here yes college conduct music classes by itself. And it has also a Gym. The boys hostel is inside the campus whereas the boys hostel is outside the campus. Daily Bus facilities are available by college for communication purposes.

Yes our college have all types of infrastructure, facilities and equipment's. All the class rooms having smart boards laboratories with LAN connectivity, 24 hours opened Library, exilent sport centre and all the hostels are connected with WiFi.

Here we generally not studying only here we are open to discussion. Seminars, Webinars, Workshops, i2i interaction, Game mode of teaching, Management games, practical labs, Group discussions, presentations etc.

Quality of placements is good. Because here all the students may not get only best companies but all the students have chance to get it. Here all the students will get an openings they can start their career from here.

The infrastructure of our college is of top quality. Facilities like classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, etc., available in our college are good. Facilities are easily available to students. The library is too good for anyone to sit and study for long hours.

They have hired really educated teachers who has nice teaching skills and also helps the students when needed. They have a nice work experience. Teacher use to deliver their lecture in easy language so that students can easily grasp that content. This course make students industry ready

The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges between 6-6.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 3.3-3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Cleartrip, Amazon, TCS, WNS, Infosys, MakeMyTrip, Wipro, SAP, OYO, Cognizant, Zscaler, FICO.

I paid 25000 235 rupees per semester yes I am getting my money is worth because study from here give me job and entrepreneurship.So in all i feel that it was worth to take admission there and the faculties are experienced.

My college campus was the bestest.Half a day i use to spent there .when there are the fest going on in the college all the students who use to participate use to do the activites like putting on a stall of food items,tattoo,etc.

The overall college is good but if we see the placements than its not great as others. The college also organize many sports events and programs for students.

There are many building of every department. First class infrastructure with every amenities available. The classroom, laboratories, have full wifi connection . Huge playground , serene environment and hygiene place with lot of grenery.

The academic of this college is excellent . The curriculum is well updated and is taught sincerely by our teacher. The college have excellent teacher and will ,make you job ready . The recent development related tech knowledge is provided here.

the placement here are good with an average placement being 4-5LPA depending upon your stream. Internship is compulsory and training are mandatory . Almost 80 percent students were placed . Stick to your studies and you will be surely placed.

With serene environment and excellent faculty i feel it worth money. You need to contact admission cell for information regarding fees and others. The money you put here is worth it. The yearly fees is 76k .

The campus life is great. Great and supporting faculties , friendly environment, great people, makes it wroth it. The location is away from the main city ut bus are available to reach your destination.

Giet university is best university to study &learning knowledge . it's classroom are digital classroom and so exprience faculty and very friendly .best university I seen ever.it's not a university it's a tallent show up college also.

I am studying MBA .. Our faculty are so frendliy and very good proffecer . in projecter and central hall are there to study easily.rooms are neat and clean .students common room are there to rest in free time

I saw and I hear that the bigest placement university in odisha state.80% of the students are placed.I don't about the higest packge but all are in good position.15k is the average sallary in starting.very easy process to get the job & placement cells member are very supportive.

Per year I pay 70k for my master course.yes sure this course in this college is worth of money.If I don't get a job but my knowledge support me to enterpreneurship.

infrastructure of the college is the one of the best infrastructure among all engineering colleges in odisha. college have different students interest facilities apart from academics, such as swimming pool, gym, cool pa lour, etc...

quality of teaching in the college is good. teacher are good professional and they are very consent about academics. they not only develop interest in studies but also motivate students to take part in various practical oriented program which not only develop good knowledge but also develop good personality.

As now college has become university placement of GIET Gunpur has improved over a past few year. the average package of the college is 3lpa. The main recruiter of this college is TCS, opportunity core company is less.

GIET nit only provide you quality of education but also give good exposure in different fields.

campus life is good and exciting but social life of the college is not up to mark as college is located in outskirt of the odisha where near by market is more than 5 km.
