infrastructure of the college is the one of the best infrastructure among all engineering colleges in odisha. college have different students interest facilities apart from academics, such as swimming pool, gym, cool pa lour, etc...
Academics
quality of teaching in the college is good. teacher are good professional and they are very consent about academics. they not only develop interest in studies but also motivate students to take part in various practical oriented program which not only develop good knowledge but also develop good personality.
Placements
As now college has become university placement of GIET Gunpur has improved over a past few year. the average package of the college is 3lpa. The main recruiter of this college is TCS, opportunity core company is less.
Value for Money
GIET nit only provide you quality of education but also give good exposure in different fields.
Campus Life
campus life is good and exciting but social life of the college is not up to mark as college is located in outskirt of the odisha where near by market is more than 5 km.

GIET University is a private state university which is UGC approved and NAAC Accredited. The university offers the 3 years, BCA degree program. The total fees for the course is around Rs. 1.5 lacs and there are 60 seats for the course.
The university have a well maintained campus with good infrastructure. The faculty members are also good. But the placement rate for the BCA course isn't that great (around 56% for BCA course) and the median package is around Rs. 2.5 LPA CTC.
Its now upto you if you wish to go for the course, then you can obviously go for it without any doubt.

Chitkara University provides excellent opportunities to their students by inviting top companies and industries around India.
The Highest Package is 29.3 lpa for CSE Branch. But the average package for a CSE student is 6lpa.
Companies like Amazon, DELL, Cognizant, Microsoft, Google, Infoysis, Tcs regularly visit the campus for placement. Overall the students of CU in CSE branch receives a good package.

GIET also provides a decent placements and the salary package is also decent.
Companies like Cognizant, Amazon, Byju's etc., hire students.

Yes, GIET University gunupur is good for BCA course.
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) is a three year undergraduate degree course in Computer Applications and it is divided into six semesters. The course curriculum is a mixture of Computer Science, Management and Engineering applications.
The eligibility criteria is you should be 12th passed with mathematics as one of the subject and you should have scored minimum 50% marks in total.
