I checked the official sites but I am sorry your rank is pretty too low to get admission there. I assumed that you are general category as you did'nt mention it in the question. I have got some data for you from last year statistics,

Reservation for the EWS category has been provided for the first time in JEE Main exam by NTA, therefore, it would be difficult to tell you the chances of admission as the previous year cutoff are not available for reference.

HBTU Kanpur will conduct separate counseling for B.Tech. admissions on the basis of JEE Main merit. It is difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities for 2019 now however you can check the previous year Opening & closing rank branches wise with the given below
