As you got 80 percentile, your rank may be around 200k.
It is impossible to get admission for you through JEE Main.
The another admission criteria for HBTI is through UPSEE.

Yes definitely, As your percentile in JEE mains are very good and with this percentile you can definitely get admission in HBTI. You should definitely apply for the admission there. You can apply there for the different courses for which you want to continue your further studies. And only on the basis of your percentile and required percentage for that course you will get admission there.
