All of the above college belong to Institute of National Importance and since they are new, they are continuously developing.They do not have their own campus yet. And some do not have had placement seasons too.

So considering all the above factors as per me:IIIT Kota~=IIIT Vadodara>IIIT Surat>IIIT Kottayam.

If you belong to the general category, chances are less to get admission in IIIT Surat with 93 percentile in the JEE Main exam.
You can get a seat in colleges through state counselling.

This both the institutes are comparable in sense of fee structure,
IIIT Surat is established in  2017 while IITRAM , Ahmedabad established in 2012in IIIT Surat most of the facilities are not available infrastructure is average while if talking about IITRAM so it is dominant over IIIT Surat, so

see if you are asking for btech course , then iiit surat is really a prominent institute in india. however about class routine, this internal information is not available in website,  however  IIIT Surat is being situated  in the SVNIT campus , owning separate building and other infrastructure.
