Academics
I am student of CSE and IIIT boast of its curriculum it doesnt have subjects such as Chemistry and Engineering Drawing, also various Electives contain latest technologies such as Blockchain, Cyber Security, AR-VR etc . You can check intitutes website for more detail on curriculum.
College Infra
As we are currently in SVNIT campus so we get all the facilities available in SVNIT, It has Well built Library, new Classroom complex where all classes are conducted and well equipped Computer and Electronics Lab, Sports Facilities are also good Students also Participate in inter IIIT sports competition. Also the hostel Facilities are provided by the SVNIT and Mess food is good comparable to other colleges .
Placements
Since our First batch has not been passed out so their is not any placement detail but students of our institute have secured internship among tech- giants such as Adobe etc and also cleared GSOC and outreachy .
Value For Money
As fees for one semester includeing hostel and Mess Fees in 1 lakh, This make the institute to be value for the money as it costs very less than private colleges and some IITs.

Academics
IIIT Surat offers only two courses-CSE and ECE as its curriculum focuses mainly on IT sector. The syllabus of IIITs are regularly updated to cope up with the needs of the society. Important topics like- Artificial intelligence, Robotics, Machine learning and Web development are included in the syllabus. The syllabus of most IIITs are more updated than that of IITs.
College Infra
IIIT Surat is currently operating from the temporary premises of Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT),Surat.The students of IIIT Surat enjoy the same campus facilities as that of SVNIT and is much better than that of most IIITs.It consists of indoor badminton courts,Gymnasium,basketball and tennis courts and a huge playing field that is mostly ill-maintained.Besides this it has a huge fully air conditioned library.Hostels also do have very fast Wifi.
Campus Life
The administration and clubs of IIIT Surat have recently been formed and are not very well established,but the clubs of SVNIT are great.Students of IIIT Surat are very much allowed in it.The campus of SVNIT is situated in one of the most developed part of Surat.Outside the campus you can find many restaurants and shops at walking distance. The condition of teachers are same like that in many colleges.Few teachers are very good ,qualified and friendly while some just come for the sake of teaching
Placements
IIIT Surat was established in 2017 and its 1st batch is not yet placed.It is about to be placed in 2021.But I can assure the seniors are very talented and will definitely get placed well. We have a placement cell of our own.Companies from SVNIT also come to hire IIITians.
Value For Money
The fees for both branches for one semester is 85000(hostels included).It is less than most of IITs,NITs and IIITs as well.The fees for an engineering college is considered to an average one.The fees taken is very much worth it.
