For getting admission into Indian Institute of Space, Science And Technology (IIST), there are two exams - JEE Advanced and IIST Ranks.
In SC category, your rank is 150 so based on previous years IIST Cut-offs, you might get 4- Year B.TECH program in Electronics and Commnuncation Engineering
I believe you should prefer IIEST Shibpur CSE over IIIT Kota. IIIT Kota is a newer institution compared to IIEST Shibpur and lacks experience in faculty and research. On the other hand IIEST has excellent Infrastructute, Faculty and Research facilities as well as a very good outlook. More than 85%
