I have 180 marks in upsee exam, can i get admission in iit kanpur

IIT doesn't take the admission with the UPSEE ranks. IIT organize there own entrance i.e. JEE MAINS & ADVANCE for the admission into various IIT'S. You can appear for the entrance and after qualifying with very good ranks you can get the admission in IIT.

Yes IIT Kanpur on a directive of MHRD has reduced the qualifying cutoff for all categories. The details are

Gen Category - 12 marks subject wise aggregate, 90 marks in aggregate
OBC NCL - 11 marks subject wise, 81 marks in aggregate
Reserved category - 6 marks subject wise, 45

Dear Tushar, although marks is never fixed and also marks or rank totally depends on your branch.still, needed marks should be about 200 and above.

Yes you can apply for aerospace MS by your mechanical gate score.
IIT Madras provides one of the best course in aeronautical engineering they call you in basis or gate score and take a written exam of their own followed by an interview.

College Infrastructure

Talking about the colleges infrastructure, it includes all the basics, clean water supply, spacious Science labs, an auditorium for cultural events, and a playground for sports, there is also a well-stocked library and tidy classrooms. Students can take advantage of transportation and on-campus housing if they do not have their own rides, the mess is kept clean, and while the food is pretty good, I think adding more choices that students like would be a bonus. also for sholar there is separate study centre that good point for thesis making

Management is not good.

College Infrastructure

There are well-furnished labs, classrooms and a library, and there is a free Wi-Fi connection in the college. The food provided by the mess is decent and in addition, the campus has various other refreshment outlets like Coffee Day Express.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure here at IIT Kanpur is really good and well maintained. The basic facilities like library, classrooms, lecture halls are high tech and really advanced. Even the new hostels are really cool and good.
