Yes, You have good chances to get IIT MADRAS for Mathematics.

According to last year cut offs in IIT MADRAS -

hi frnds, I got 62.91 marks in CE paper. Gate score 742 and rank 790.(OBC).Is any chance to get structural engineering in iit madras?
