First of all,congrats for this achievement.

IIT,Madras offers M.Tech in 3 major streams:

• Mechanical Design
• Thermal Engineering
• Manufacturing and Precision Engineering

I guess, according to your rank,there are chances of getting a seat in any one of the course, rest depends on your luck.

You can get some top IITs and NITs at this rank. Getting IIT Madras is somewhat difficult but you can definitely fetch seat in IIT BHU.

Hope you are doing well, Yes we can send more than one application for mtech in IIT Madras. It is for if you want to apply for more than 4 departments then you can submit separate applications to the department of your choice by paying the separate application

I also got the same marks and same rank in Civil engineering in GATE-2019..

There must have been some discrepancy as you have the provision to apply with HTTA and without HTTA as well. Kindly cross check your application again in case you have entered any wrong details.
