Specify the exam you are talking about. If you are talking about JEE Advanced, you surely have a good chance of getting into IITM. If you were talking about JEE Mains, it is not possible.

For getting into IIT, you need to pass JEE advance and have more than 200 marks in your mains as IIT Madras is one of the premier college in India. The fees for IIT Madras is usually near one lac per year
