Sorry to say but NO.
You won't get Engineering Design at IIT MADRAS with 1600 rank in SC Category in JEE ADVANCED 2018. You have following choices at IIT MADRAS: OCEAN AND NAVAL ARCHITECTURE, BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES.

Top notch College infrastruture One can get every facilities from library to swiming pool, from Basket ball court to Research park. You just name it. Super speed wifi, All the spaces in the campus is clean. Everyday cleaning happens in hostel washrooms. Different options like veg, non-veg, jain are available in mess.

Classrooms are modern with digital facilities and laboratories are well equipped for practical knowledge . The library is spacious with wide range of books. Hostels facilities are good with proper hygiene , security , and basic amenities . The campus also offer strong wifi connectivity, medical facilities , canteens, and well maintained sports ground for both indoor and outdoor activities .
