Let me tell you that passion is the most important to achieve success in any field The IITs are best known for offering world-class undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programmes. M.Tech Bioprocess Engineering has some courses which  contains concepts related to engineering mathematics. Whereas placement problem is a large loophole for the NIT Bhopal. And about Nit Warangal, Biotechnology it is also a good branch and no doubt Nit Warangal is also a good college but But in India this branch needs some reforms for sure. Scope for this branch is less in India.

I am sorry to say that IIT Roorkee does not accept NATA scores. It accepts scores from AAT.

Yes, IIT Roorkee will recruit students fir admission in Msc biotechnology, but to take admission you have to give IIT JAM.and need to score good marks.

IIT JAM registration forms will be available in mid April (15-20th April) for admission process.after that they will publish the admission list.

see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, students category, choice of stream, seat matrix and so on. cutoff score is given to analyse the candidates marks and application for any current year, in case sc category students gate overall score are higher than open category, then there might chances that cutoff score would higher for sc category. however based on previous years cse cutoff of m.tech in iit roorkee cutoff score for sc was lower than general category.

IIT DELHI-2nd week of march

IIT KANPUR-16 march online application start date and 24 online application end date

IIT BHU-24 march starting date of registration  and 20th May end date of registration

IIT ROORKEE-2nd week of march and 1st week of April is end of registration

IIT Guwahti-data not available or registration may be started or start in April month

IIT KHARAGPUR-application forms will be available in April month and end month of registration is June

Yes, assuming you are from General Category, with a great academic record in school, having a 7.5+ GPA from an Old IIT, having a CAT Percentile Score of 99.7+ you have fair chances in securing a Call from atleast 3 of the Top 6 IIMs, IIM ABCLKI.

No, IIT ROORKEE does not offer Master of science in Computer science engineering (M.S. in CSE). In post graduate programs for CSE, it only offers M.Tech in CSE for which it takes admissions through GATE exam only (general aptitude test exam). I would advise you to pursue PhD from IISc Bangalore over IIT Roorkee. IITs are mostly inclined towards the theoretical aspects of Research in Science and Engineering, whereas, IISc Bangalore works on the in depth research and practical aspects of Engineering. According to your options given in the question, it totally depends upon on your area of interest whether you like coding or you like a mixture of electronics and coding.

But if in general i had to consider one on the basis of placements ,culture and events at college i would iit roorkee ece as iit varanasi is known basically for chemical branch and it is the best one in this iit even if you compare top 5 iits.
