No i am sorry but you won't be able to get any iiit with this rank if you are a general catagory. you can get in nits like durgapur, silchar, sikkim, gujarat etc. you have a fair chance oof getting into nits. go for the counselling . give iiits also

As nits or iiits are one of the most sought colleges in india so they have high cutoffs to get admission

IIIT kottayam is central goverment institution where you can get admission through JOSAA councilling which will going to start very soon.

it has recently shifted to its permanent campus . It is really a good college regarding studies . coding culture are way better than other private institues

With this JEE main score you won't get a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Actually all the seats get filled filled at around 50 k. But your rank is too high. Also your reservation category won't be of any help here. So please go for some good

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
